The wind was warm and soft as the sun drifted over the meadows. In the distance a stream of smoke arose across the wide open land as I headed towards it. I took my time though, watching its path extend further and further away. The view was so lovely up here. Why hurry? Folding my wings I let myself free-fall towards the earth. Falling and falling, I let the seconds pass and watched as I sped faster and faster to the ground. Slowly I let my white wings out to their full length and glided on a swift breeze. Why Comment in the First Place?
Many people ask themselves (sometimes on a daily basis) why they should comment on a piece of work. Whether it's just a deviation that pops up into our message centres or a deviation on deviantART's home page, what makes us decide whether we should, or even want to, comment on that piece?
Why do we bother? Or more importantly, why don’t we bother?

Winged folk who could be imagined in a world that's close to our own ... where biology (and physics) simply took different turns. And with any and all types of behavior, mores, and clothing — or lack of it! Those with wings don't have to be angels, and I don't see the words as synonyms. These people could easily be seen as part of a natural setting, rather than a more supernatural one.
