Yet another depiction of my original characters Silverbird (also Silver and Jim) and Windrider (also Windy and Sue). They're from my short story "A Gift on Awakening," soon to be expanded to a longer, episodic tale.

This commission came simply from wanting to see them both embracing one another and flying forward. I liked the color sense and composition skills of this artist and thought an anime-ish take on their features would be intriguing and fun.

They look a bit younger than in the other commissions thus far, but that actually fits the story, along with their evident feeling of joy. It's too easy to lose that after 25 or so {sigh}

*moonlight-fox showed considerable speed and skill despite her being a busy student. (It also was a pleasure to finance this through extending her premium dA membership.)
